Safari Industries India is all set to acquire various brands viz. ‘Genius’, ‘Magnum’, ‘Activa’, ‘Orthofit’, ‘DBH’, ‘Egonauts’, ‘Gscape’ and ‘Genie’ owned by Genius Leathercraft.
The company will be acquiring these brands after its Managing Director Sudhir Jatia, in exercise of the power granted to him by the company’s board, has executed an agreement to acquire trademark and goodwill of these brands.
