Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited-Trading Code of Conduct (Code), the Trading Window will be closed from October 07, 2015 and would open for trading from November 02, 2015, for Directors and Designated persons as defined in the Code.
