Prism Cement has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2015, to approve the Statement of Standalone Unaudited Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, In terms of the Prohibition of Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 05, 2015 to November 05, 2015. The Trading Window shall open from November 06, 2015.
