With reference to the earlier communication dated August 17, 2015 about the change of Managing Director of the Company, Castrol India has now informed that the appointment of Omer Dormen as a Managing Director in place of Ravi Kirpalani was to be effective from October 01, 2015, subject to receipt of all statutory approvals. Omer Dormen is a foreign national hence his appointment is subject to receipt of work permit which is in the process of being issued. The appointment will therefore be effective from October 12, 2015 and till that time Ravi Kirpalani continues as Managing Director of the Company.
