Repco Home Finance has informed that pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Company’s Directors/Officers and designated employees from October 07, 2015 till two days after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the period ended September 30, 2015. The date of the Board meeting for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated in due course.
