In this regard, pursuant to Companies ‘Code of Conduct in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015’ the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 06, 2015 up to 48 hours after the information is submitted to Stock Exchange on October 29, 2015.
