State Bank of Travancore has informed that Neeraj Vyas, Chief General Manager (Associates & Subsidiaries), State Bank of India, Mumbai nominated as the Director with immediate effect under Section 25 (1) (c) of State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 in place of B. Ramesh Babu who has resigned from the post of Director of the Bank; and Ravi Nandan Sahay, Chief General Manager (Associates & Subsidiaries), State Bank of India, Mumbai nominated as the Director with immediate effect under Section 25 (1) (c) of State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 in place of Ramesh Chandra Srivastava who has resigned from the post of Director of the Bank.
