With reference to the earlier letter dated August 20, 2015, Arora Fibres has now informed that due to continuation of unprecedented bad market conditions the Company has closed its manufacturing facility at Silvassa. The Company has terminated the services of its employees at the Factory. If the market conditions improve the Company may resume its operations and the Company will intimate the Stock Exchange immediately.
