Kansai Nerolac Paints has informed that the Board Meeting for considering the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 will be held on October 23, 2015. Further, the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company has been closed from October 09, 2015 to October 26, 2015 in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. It is clarified that ‘Trading Window’ of the Company is closed only for the Directors / Officers / designated employees of the Company as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. This is however not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them.
