We reference to the earlier letter dated October 14, 2015 wherein date of closure of trading window was inadvertently mentioned from September 16, 2015 to November 08, 2015. Hence, Union Bank of India has now informed that a meeting of board of directors of the bank is scheduled to be held on November 06, 2015, to consider and take on record the Reviewed Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the 2nd quarter/half-year ended on September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Bank will be closed from October 16, 2015 to November 08, 2015.
