Indian Bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on November 02, 2015, for approving the Standalone Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter/half-year ended September 30, 2015. Further in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealings in securities of the Bank will remain closed from October 16, 2015 to November 04, 2015 for Directors/Designated Persons of the Bank. The Trading Window will open on November 05, 2015.
