With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 16, 2015, Jaiprakash Associates has now informed that the Order and the Scheme of Amalgamation has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand on October 16, 2015 and consequent thereto, the said Scheme of Amalgamation has become effective. Accordingly, all the businesses of Jaypee Sports International Limited along with their assets, liabilities, rights, interests, obligations etc. stand vested in Jaiprakash Associates Limited with effect from the appointed date, i.e. April 01, 2014.
