Further, due to the board meeting as above, Trading Window in respect to dealing with shares / securities of the Company has been closed from October 19, 2015 for specified / designated persons as per the Company’s insider trading code and will reopen from expiry of forty-eight hours after the announcement of the above mentioned financial results.
