With reference to the earlier letter dated October 20, 2015 intimating the date of the Board meeting of the Bank for approving the Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015, pursuant to above mentioned Regulations, Yes Bank has now informed that the Trading window will be closed for the Directors, Employees and Auditors of the Bank till October 31, 2015 and the Directors, Employees and Auditors including their immediate relatives are therefore not permitted to deal in the shares of YES Bank till October 31, 2015.
