With reference to the earlier letter dated October 08, 2015 regarding change in directorate, in this connection Kovai Medical Center & Hospital has now informed that Dr. Arun N Palaniswami was appointed as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of three years with effect from September 25, 2015 to September 24, 2018 by the shareholders at their meeting held on September 25, 2015. But in the said letter it was inadvertently mentioned as five years instead of three years.
