Munjal Auto Industries has informed that the 160th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on October 31, 2015 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 as reviewed by the Statutory Auditors and to take on record the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon (Q-2) along with other business. Further in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s shares will remain close for all designated employees of the Company from October 21, 2015 till the closing hours of October 31, 2015.
