Further, the Company has decided that the closure of trading window as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 would commence from October 22, 2015 and the trading window shall remain closed till the completion of second trading day after the announcement of Financial Results of the Company i.e. close of trading hours of November 09, 2015.
