Omkar Speciality Chemicals has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 23, 2015, has discussed and approved the resignation tendered by Nirav Momaya, Company Secretary of the Company and he is relieved of his responsibilities effective from the close of business hours on October 23, 2015. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Nirav Momaya also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company. His successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
