Further, as per the Company’s code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the company will remain closed from October 27, 2015 to November 01, 2015 in view of the consideration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015. The trading window shall open for trading from November 02, 2015.
