JSW Energy to delist its step down subsidiary SACMH on JSE

JSW Energy has proposed to delist its step down subsidiary -- South African Coal Mining Holding (SACMH) -- on Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). The independent board of directors of SACMH proposed delisting of the company based on reasons including administratively intensive and costly to maintaining the listing of SACMH on the JSE.

JSW Energy, part of the JSW Group, is a growing energy company. The Group has diversified interests in carbon steel, power, mining, industrial gases, port facilities, aluminium, cement and information technology.
