Further, in terms of Vijaya Bank code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealings in securities of the Bank will remain closed from October 30, 2015 to November 09, 2015 for Directors/ Designated Persons of the Bank on account of Board Meeting to be held on November 06, 2015 to approve the Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Accordingly Trading window will open on November 10, 2015.
