With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 19, 2014, whereby it was informed that AAIFR (Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction) has put the opinion of BIFR under ad interim- stay till the next date of hearing i.e. September 22, 2014, Adinath Textiles has now informed that the said Appellate Authority vide its order dated October 19, 2015 has discharged the Company from the purview of SICA (The Sick Industrial Companies Act, 1985), which has been received by the Company on October 28, 2015.
