Apollo Tyres has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2015, has approved shifting of registered office of the company from 6th Floor, Cherupushpam Building, Shanmugham Road, Kochi - 682 031 to 3rd floor, Areekal Mansion, Near Manorama Junction, Panampilly Nagar, Kochi- 682036 with effect from January 31, 2016, and amalgamation/ merger of Apollo (Mauritius) Holdings Pvt. Ltd. (AMHPL), a wholly owned subsidiary, with the Company, subject to necessary approvals.
