Bank of India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on November 09, 2015, to consider and approve Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2015(Q2). Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window shall remain closed from October 31, 2015 to November 11, 2015 in view of the aforesaid board meeting.
