ZF Steering Gear shines on plan to acquire Industrial Plot on lease of 99 years

ZF Steering Gear (India) is currently trading at Rs 1483.00, up by 110.75 points or 8.07% from its previous closing of Rs 1372.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1389.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 1500.00 and Rs 1383.75 respectively. So far 23057 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 2118.00 on 05-Aug-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 701.00 on 27-Nov-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1500.00 and Rs. 1315.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1306.78 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.66% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.83% and 25.51% respectively.

In a bid to prepare for establishment of second manufacturing facility for Auto Components, ZF Steering Gear India’s board has decided to acquire an Industrial Plot offered by State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamilnadu (SIPCOT), on a lease of 99 years, at its Industrial-park at Vallam-Vadagal, Chennai, Tamilnadu. The company is in a process to complete the formalities relating to the acquisition of the Plot.

The company is Pioneer in Manufacturing and Supply of  Ball and Nut  Integral Hydraulic Power &  Worm and Roller Mechanical Steering System in  India and having joint venture with ZF Lenksysteme GmbH.
