Sical Logistics' arm not to pursue BOT contract at Mangalore Port Trust

Sical Logistics’ subsidiary - Sical Iron Ore Terminal (Mangalore) has taken a decision of not to pursue the BOT contract any further and has issued required communication to the board of trustees of New Mangalore Port Trust, seeking cessation of the said concession agreement. The company has taken this step due to continued restrictions on production of Iron Ore and the resultant vacuum of exports thereof.
