Cera Sanitaryware has entered into share subscription agreement with Anjani Group to acquire controlling interest of 51% in Anjani Tiles, Andhra Pradesh. The company will now acquire 51% of the share capital in Anjani Tiles in a phased manner at a cost of approximately Rs 18.36 crore.
Cera Sanitaryware has emerged as the third largest player in the sanitary ware industry in India. The company enjoys 24% market share in the organized segment.
