Savera Industries has received an approval to close down its wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company ‘Elkhill Agrotech’, as there has been no business activity in the company. The board of directors at their meeting held on November 11, 2015 has approved for the same. The necessary closure formalities are being taken up in due course.
