CES has withdrawn its decision for subscription of 6,93,000 shares of Rs 10 each in CES Information Technologies, a subsidiary of the company. The board of directors at their meeting held on November 14, 2015 has approved for the same.
The board of directors earlier at their meeting held on October 26, 2015 had approved for the company’s investment in CES Information Technologies.
CES offers a range of IT applications, solutions, and services, including e-business solutions, enterprise resource planning implementation and post implementation support, application development, application maintenance etc.
