Ujaas Energy soars on bagging order worth Rs 36.98 crore

Ujaas Energy is currently trading at Rs. 17.20, up by 0.60 points or 3.61% from its previous closing of Rs. 16.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 16.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 17.35 and Rs. 16.50 respectively. So far 96369 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 24.20 on 19-Feb-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 13.55 on 17-Dec-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 17.65 and Rs. 15.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 341.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.69% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.32% and 27.98% respectively.

Ujaas Energy has bagged order worth Rs 36.98 crore from Electricity Department of Daman and Diu for setting up of 6 MW Grid Connected Solar PV Project including 5 years Operation & Maintenance on Turnkey Basis at Diu.

This is a consecutive win of the company in last three months after 9MW of Oil India Rajasthan, 10MW at Teesta Cananl West Bengal and 1000KWp at Andaman & Nicobar.

Ujaas Energy is engaged in manufacturing of power transformers, distribution transformers, furnace transformers and special purpose transformers.
