Span Diagnostics has disinvested its entire 45% stake held in Joint Venture Company (JVC) namely Span Nihon Kohden Diagnostics. The company has disinvested the same to Nihon Khoden Corporation, Japan for consideration of Rs 8.02 crore.

Span Diagnostics caters to several different sections of diagnostics like Immunology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Serology, Histopathology and instrumentation. The company’s manufacturing capabilities comprise of advanced infrastructure, highly trained and motivated pool of scientific and technical personnel and years of experience.
