Filatex India has incorporated its subsidiary company 'Filatex Synthetics’ and registered it on March 09, 2012, with the ROC, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. The paid up capital of ‘Filatex Synthetics’ is rupee one lakh in which the company is holding 7600 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
Filatex India is one of the pioneers in manufacturing Monofilament Yarns for Zippers, Tooth Brush Bristles, Velcro, Magic Fasteners and Forming Fabrics in India. Today, the company has become one of the leading manufacturers of Monofilament Yarns in India.
