Future Market Networks (FMNL) has entered into a strategic partnership along with Future Trade Markets and SKC3, through a joint venture agreement to engage in the business of development of whole sale markets in India.
Future Trade Markets is a subsidiary company of Future Market Networks while SKC3 is an investment vehicle company of Fung Properties.
Further, it is proposed that Future Trade Markets will create internationally benchmarked whole sale markets at strategic locations across the country.
Future Market Networks (formerly Agre Developers) provides comprehensive mall / property management services in India including positioning and mall advisory services. The company is engaged in setting up over two dozen shopping malls and consumption centres, all of which will be operational by this year.
