Hitech Plast has informed that pursuant to the Circular issued by the Stock Exchanges regarding the Trading Window disclosure by the Companies and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the Code from 24th November, 2015 to 2nd December, 2015 for the purpose of Board Meeting to be held on 30th November, 2015 for the approval of merged accounts with the subsidiary Company Clear Mipak Packaging Solutions for the year ended 31st March, 2015 as per the Scheme of Amalgamation. The same has been informed to the Directors, Persons belonging to the Promoter Group, Designated Employees and other connected persons of the Company.
