Mtrs., with apartment building thereon, area known as ‘Windsor Wood’ of Revenue Survey No. 37 paiki 1 paiki 2, of Village: Jivapar (Baa), Taluka: Chotila, Dist.: Surendranagar) with all assets & liabilities, through process of slump sale, to Woodcraft Realty LLP, and necessary Agreement to Sale has been executed. The necessary approval of the shareholders of the Company is being sought through postal ballot mechanism, and final Sale Agreement will be executed only after obtaining approval of shareholders in this regard.
