With reference to the earlier letter dated November 18, 2015, regarding the One Time Settlement (OTC) of dues to Canara Bank (Bank), Waterbase has now informed that the Company has settled the entire OTS amount of Rs 7.80 Crore due to the Bank on November 24, 2015. The Company had already made part payment of Rs 4 Crore on November 18, 2015 and on November 24, 2015 the balance amount has been settled. The Bank has issued a no dues certificate and the Company / Bank is in the process of withdrawing all the proceedings.
