Navkar Builders has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2011.
The company has posted a fall of 37.13% in its net profit at Rs 1.05 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 as compared to Rs 1.67 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income also decreased by 59.01% at Rs 10.25 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 25.01 crore in the same quarter of 2010.
Navkar Builders (NBL) was originally incorporated as Navkar Builders on June 2, 1992 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, as a private limited company. Subsequently the company was converted into a public limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on April 21, 1995. Navkar Fiscal Services is the promoter of the company.
