Adhesives and industrial chemicals maker Pidilite Industries’ step down subsidiary -- Pidilite Lanka (PLPL) -- has acquired Chemifix trademark and other brands associated with PVAC adhesives business from Sri Lanka-based CIC Holdings Plc. PLPL has also acquired the commercial and technical knowhow relating to PVAC Adhesive business from CIC Holdings.
Pidilite International and Pidilite Middle East, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company hold 76% of the paid up capital in PLPL.
