Gujarat Industries Power Company (GIPCL) has synchronized SLPP Phase - II Unit no. 3 (125 MW) with Grid. The Generator Transformer of Unit - 3, (125 MW) at Surat Lignite Power Plant (SLPP) of the Company, which was under forced outage since August 17, 2015, has been repaired and the said Unit is now operational from December 01, 2015 onwards.
