(The copy of the sanctioning order dated November 17, 2015 uploaded on the Hon'ble High Courts website on December 03, 2015. The Company has applied for the certified copy of the order. The Scheme of Amalgamation will be effective once certified copy of the order is filed with the Registrar of Companies.
