Tata Power Company has always been a front runner in promoting safety and safe usage of electricity. Continuing with its efforts, the company has released a 'Household Electrical Safety Handbook' along with safety training for its consumers in Mumbai.
The objective behind this initiative is to provide a unified solution to consumers' concerns related to household safety and address the diverse challenges faced in case of high rise buildings. The Company through this educative handbook aims to advice on safety guidelines for household electrical appliances, maintenance and testing of electrical installations, practices to prevent fire, lift safety and steps to follow in case of a fire.
