Engineering and construction firm Gammon India has successfully acquired an 84.16 per cent stake in Metropolitan Infrahousing. Consequently, Metropolitan Infrahousing is now a subsidiary of Gammon India. The price is not disclosed at which it acquired the Metropolitan Infrahousing shares.
