Sudal Industries’ promoters have entered into an agreement with Reynolds International Inc., to buy its holding at a determined rate per share.
As per the terms of agreement, the first transaction has been completed and 1,00,000 equity shares were purchased by Sudarshan S Chokhani. Consequently, his holding is increased by 1.72% to 14.03% of the fully paid up capital.
Sudal Industries engaged in production of a comprehensive range of aluminium extrusions of custom made shapes which find applications in different industries.
