Sundaram Brake Linings has informed that Chennai had experienced unprecedented torrential rainfall in 3rd / 4th week of November 2015 and 1st week of December 2015, which flooded several parts of the city. The Company's manufacturing facility located at Padi, Chennai had to temporarily suspend operations due to the torrential rains and floods for five to six days. With timely efforts and active co-operation of the employees, the Company has been able to restore normalcy in operations within a very short time and maintain supplies to customers by leveraging capacities in other locations.
