Corporation Bank, Mangalore-based lender has introduced an app for Android tablets and smart phones to mark its 107th foundation day on Monday. It has also launched the caller tune of the bank.
The customer can download these apps from Android market place and Apple iTunes store shortly. They can get to know the product range and the product features of the bank. Corporation Bank is the first PSB to launch such an app. Those who evince interest on a particular product can instantly leave their contact details, and the bank would call the customer immediately. They can also use the app to get to know their nearest branch or ATMs in the vicinity.
The bank is likely to offer these services on smart phones also, and extend transactional services through iPad, tablets and smart phones in the days ahead.
