CES’ subsidiary CES USA Inc., has incorporated a subsidiary company in USA ‘CES Enterprise LLC’, which is controlled by CES USA Inc. The company had last month withdrawn its decision for subscription of 6,93,000 shares of Rs 10 each in CES Information Technologies, a subsidiary of the company.
CES offers a range of IT applications, solutions, and services, including e-business solutions, enterprise resource planning implementation and post implementation support, application development, application maintenance etc.
