In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Internal Procedure Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, framed (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window Securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Employees (including directors) of the Company from staring of trading hours of December 23, 2015 till closing of December 28, 2015. All Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
