State Bank of India has informed that in terms of Regulation 30 (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Bank on December 23, 2015 has issued 40,000, Basel III compliant, Tier-ll bonds in the nature of debentures, of face value of Rs 1,000,000 each at par, with 10 year tenure, bearing 8.33% p.a. coupon and with call option after 5 years, aggregating to Rs 4000 crores on private placement basis.
