Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has sold its 2.12 per cent stake in healthcare firm Indraprastha Medical Corporation through open market sale. The sale of shares was done during December 4-24. Post sell-off, HDFC has 7.69 per cent stake in the company.
Indraprastha Medical offers a range of diagnostic, medical, and surgical facilities for the care of its patients. The company provides treatments in the areas of anaesthesiology, oncology, cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, nephrology, ophthalmology, nuclear medicine, pediatrics, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, psychiatry and psychology etc.
