HDFC Mutual Fund has increased its stake in Kalapataru Power Transmission (KPTL) by 2.34% to 7.38% after acquiring shares from the open market as on December 29, 2015. Before the transaction, the schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund had 77,39,500 shares carrying voting rights which increased to 1,13,18,493 after the open market purchase.
